Purchasing Officer

*** Purpose of the Job/Job Mission:
Purchasing officer will set internal goals to improve the cost and efficiency of the company&039;s procurement operations. Develop and implement purchasing policies to ensure that individuals who are authorized to purchase deal with approved suppliers.
*** Essential Functions:
- Negotiate terms for major purchases within established limits of authority;
- Any other duties as assigned by upper Manager.
- Plan, estimates cost, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing purchasing activities;
- Coordinate with R&D, engineering, quality control and production about technical and specification of goods or material available on market and general;
- Responsible for checklists, and other materials that describe the organization’s technical, quality, service, or reliability standards to help purchasing staff evaluate supplier proposals;
* Working location: KCN Hòa Bình, Thủ Thừa, Long An
We have shuttle bus to pick up from HCM to Long An everyday.

*** Must have:
- Customer Focus
- Understanding of manufacturing principles.
- Minimum 01 years as Engineer or proof of sufficient skills.

*** Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at one time. Able to plan and organize work in order to meet project dates and objectives.

- Ability to work in a matrix organization;
