Purchasing Officer/ Nhân viên Thu mua

- Responsible to negotiate with the suppliers best possible prices for goods to help keep the hotels

expenditure to a minimum.

- Follow up with all department orders with suppliers and update accordingly.

- Fully in charge of the day to day purchases for all departments in the hotel.

- Find the quotation and sample from different suppliers for Department to choose the most reasonable

price and quality

- Dealing with Supplier in Warranty Term and Exchange Items

- Run errands for the Purchasing Manager.

- Update all Purchase Order files and aids the Purchasing Secretary in updating filing as well

- At least 1 years experience in purchasing, familiar with MC and Sun system.

- Diploma in Accounting or related field.

- English skills: Writing and Reading

- Withstand high work pressure

- Experience in working at pre-opening is an advantage.

- Graduate in College or higher at related major.
