Purchasing Senior Staff (Cost Control)

We are looking for Purchasing Senior Staff who are willing to join Cost Control team (Purchasing Department), details as below:
• Control part cost price:
- Find potential suppliers to achieve the target price and quality comply with Panasonic&039;s compliance policy
- Localize imported parts in order to reduce material cost
- Quotation analysis and negotiate with suppliers
• Control part quality:
- Make schedule to audit suppliers about quality and manufacturing process with QA & other Dept (if any)
- Control NG part quantity and issue Debit Note to suppliers
- Work with suppliers to get countermeasure for Part Quality Claim
• Control all type of contract (MGPA, Fixed Asset Purchase Contract, Fixed Asset Lending Contract)
