Purchasing Staff (6 - 8 month contract)

- Negotiate with suppliers & manage suppliers
- Regularly keep price up-to-date & competitive
- Follow up pending PR & PO to ensure goods delivered on time
- Co-ordinate with Marketing team to understand Customers’ requirement
- Assure to comply all law provisions related to purchasing, both global and local
- Co-ordinate with other teams of the company and suppliers to make sure the projects run smoothly and the quality of service is as highest as possible
- Sourcing products & services to meet price target & quality standard
- Develop & manage product items for assigned category
- Training suppliers to use the system
- Comply with Company’s anti-corruption and bribery policies

- Fluent in English
- Excellent in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced computer skills
- Having 1-2 year experience in the same position
- Bachelor degree: Major in Business Administration, Economics, Purchasing, Marketing (from top-ranked University is preferred)
- Prefer candidates with experience in sourcing or working for trading or manufacturing companies
