Mô tả công việc


•Assumes accountability for control all cost of components, consumables, raw pack material, etc...to meet the needs of company in achievement of the savings target and cost control
•To be responsible for all purchasing activities relating to sourcing, cost, quality and service for direct Materials, and indirect materials
•Update/review import/export duty
•Logistics services sourcing.
•Handle import/export process
•Cost saving management.
•Research and seek new sources in VN
•Supplier evaluation and weekly KPI management
•Positively monitor purchasing orders and goods skill at solve problem
•Implement ERP tasks
•Supplier account statement management according to finance request
•Other tasks as assigned by Manager

Yêu cầu công việc


•Diploma/Certificate:Not limited
•No of Years: At least 02 years ; At least 2 years in multi-company is preferable
•MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint... ).
•Good analytical skills
•Must be highly motivated, highly disciplined, and process driven.
•Good communication and negotiation skills.
•Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress.
•Good in data / figures.
•Pro-active and adaptable
•Integrity and honesty
•English command in written & spoken.
Job Dimension Factors
•Location: 2nd floor
•Environmental Conditions: Irregular hours and weekends
•Resources:Computer, Photocopy Machine, intercom phone
•Interaction: Internal staff
•Working Hours: Week day8.00 am to 5.00pm; Saturday8 hours two Sat. per month
