Purchasing Staff

• Update the database of purchase records, prices, supplier lists, and other important data.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to handle arising problems related to goods/ services supplying and delivering, quality, and quantity….
• Works with relevant stakeholders to identify internal needs and clarify specifications of goods/ services, and spend category.
• Provide support to the procurement team, communicate with suppliers, and take corrective actions against poor-performing suppliers.
• Negotiate quotes, contract terms, price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers to offer a competitive price range for Company.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Superior.
• Search for suppliers, review the market offerings and make market analysis for further reviewing and selection of superiors.
• Obtaining quotes from suppliers and doing a comparative analysis.
• Making reports and analyses as per Superior’s requisition.

Knowledge and skills
• Highly Integrity, honest, cautious, straightforward, diligent, detail-oriented, and customer-centric mindset.
• Having a Bid certificate is preferable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English languages (both written and oral).
• Proficient in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other working Apps.
• Resourceful, self-driven, proactive, and independent person.
• Graduated from Universities. A major in Foreign Trade, Economics, and Finance is preferable.
• Have at least 2 years of working experience in the same position.
