PURCHASING SUPERVISOR

• In charge of direct and indirect materials sourcing, planning, purchasing and inventory control.

• To maintain the Purchasing Policy and ensure that all purchasing adheres to it.

• In charge of cost negotiation, quotation comparison and analysis;

• In charge of purchasing of related duties such as purchase order issuance, follow up delivery and payment or etc.;

• To plan, source and develop new potential suppliers / vendors for economical procurement.

• To monitor raw material price movement continually.

• To coordinate with internal departments to discuss and review requirements and delivery lead time.

• Follow up and maintaining Purchasing master data for ERP system including material master, vendor master, price contract, info record...

• To undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.

- University degree

- At least 5 years of sourcing / purchasing experience in manufacturing industry.

- Required language(s) : Vietnamese/English

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Sourcing, Planning, Purchasing and Inventory management.

- Able to work independently, communicate with multi-level management and under tight deadline.

- Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful. Strong negotiation skills and good written & verbal command of English.

- Meticulous, proactive and logical thinking.

- High integrity.
