The Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organizations products and/or development processes.
Quality Process Improvement:
• Review quality system and tracking strictly.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
• Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
• Participates in product testing.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement
• Reach six sigma standards in product quality
• Handle defected products, implement within responsibility corrective and preventive activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Quality
• Check the input and output material to meet with requirements
• Regularly communicate and promote the Quality mission (policy, objectives and plan).
• Propose corrective actions if any complaint from customers
• Control and keep measuring equipment in good condition for operation, set up periodical plan for equipment calibration inspection
• Ensure to supply the best quality of service to customer
• Check the production in line, finished good and packing
• Identify and take out defective products, work with Production team to find root cause and propose corrective actions
• Supervise the Quality operations to align with the Quality mission
Develop people and build professional working environment.
