QA Associate - Chuyên Viên Quản Lý Hệ Thống Chất Lượng (Urgent)Urgent job

- Perform other duties that may be assigned for the achievement of the department and company goals.
- Follow up daily and weekly shipments.
- Coach, supervise, review and monitor the performance of subordinates.
- Assist Utility operator on their daily job.
- Conduct proactive audits in terms of compliance to quality procedures and system for risk areas such as in Cutting/Spreading, Sewing Line Operators. Ensure all existing procedures are being followed and well-documented in all areas.
- Develop existing competency level of subordinates to respond to changing organizational needs.
- Lead the quality controllers in driving continuous improvement for quality through execution base on the quality standard and prcedures.
- Communicate quality findings and issues within the Line to relevant persons in charge.

Job Requirements:
- Prefer candidates living in Ha Dong, Thanh Xuan District
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in QA/QC Garment field
- Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, listening & writing)
- Organized, systematic, creative, proactive and result-oriented
- University degree or higher in garment technology, trade, language, economics, import-export, finance,...
- Good at computer skills: Words – Excel – Presentation
