QA Coordinator

Responsible for providing elementary Quality Assurance technical support to ensure quality goals, for the product and/or manufacturing area of responsibility, are achieved through continuous improvement of product design, equipment, materials, processes and manufacturing practices. Receives direction or supervision on assignments from QA leader.
- Assist other departments on issues involving quality (10%)
- Review drawings and blueprints in order to assure quality procedures, raw material specifications, specific operational instructions are accurate. Working with other departments to resolve manufacturing problems; plus the completion of documentation (Scanning barcode, job-routers,) (20%)
- Directly inspection quality of productions to increase manufacturing. (70%)

• Minimum of 1 year in Manufacturing experience with some additional technical experience in a related high-tech, metals industry
• Good organizational and time-management skills in order to prioritize and complete competing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Drawing reading, Measuring equipment, understanding “ISO-9000”
• Requires ability to work with others in the department to share specific knowledge of products, processes, and/or procedures in order to continuously make improvements.
• Some understanding of quality assurance methodologies as they pertain to manufacturing stainless steel, high-vacuum chambers and components.
• Limited technical writing skills to include the preparation of test protocols, test reports, and manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures.
• English communication is a must
