QA Executive (Good At English)

Prepare all necessary reports for management on Quality Assurances requirements and efficiency
To develop & write necessary working procedures & instructions within the Quality & Food Safety Systems in the company from time to time.
To maintain discipline, motivate workers in order to continually improve productivity and to control the rate of absenteeism.
To handle customers complaints & service customers’ on quality issue.
Handling customer complaints, internal quality, processing audit and preparing quality reports.
Drive company towards maintaining & improving ISO 9001 & Food Safety
To ensure that the specification for all products are met and advise all abnormalities.
To train the employee and new recruits, and evaluate their performance regularly.
To coordinate customers’ audit & implement corrective actions quality gaps surfaced until completion.
To evaluate employees periodically for promotions, transfers, dismissals, and salary adjustments.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action.
To assist MR to manage the company Quality & Food Safety Systems.
To assist QA Manager on all quality-related projects per instructed.
To liaise with suppliers or vendors all aspects of quality issue including to co-ordinate.
To implement and maintain quality standards and housekeeping procedures.
To ensure all documents relating to maintenance of ISO & Food Safety systems are updated & maintained.
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping.
To improve quality by liaising with production, purchasing and R&D personnel and conduct investigation on quality deficiencies.
To continuously make improvements of quality through close working relationships with related departments.
To supervise day to day function to personnel within the QA department.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in setting up/managing ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and Food Safety.
Have knowledge-producing cap (metal cap, plastic cap) will be an advantage
Experience in performing Customer Satisfaction Measurement & Internal Quality Audit
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in performing Inbound, In-Process and Outgoing quality checks.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in QA functions.
