QA Executive

- Monitor the quality assurance activities and to ensure effectiveness of the system
- Reduce cost of quality include any rework any claim and any B grade garment
- To oversee the Quality Assurance Department and ensure the the Qas,Qcs, system meet up with the demand of company requirement
- Maintaining the quality and reliability of the first 5 pieces of jacket in the production department. Daily & close monitoring the quality for all the lines.
- Able to handle 15 lines with all type of product Jacket,Pants,Track suit, Sportwaer and outerwear.
- Follow up the abnormal issue or urgent mater and report to superior with solution in speedily manner
- Reviewing and checking all daily QC reports & monitoring plan, quality & on time delivery.
- Empower job responsibilities through better training of the subordinates and effective management skill
- Conducting PPM, Pilot Run evaluation / Inline reviews, follow up and closely monitor & provide technical ideas/demonstration for quality up gradation.
- In charge Customer Product Safety Audit for all Customers
- Ensure the product quality meet buyer specification and requirement
- Organize and direct qa team to the right direction thinking and planning in term of quality
- In charge Brand Customer Audit and Technical Factory Assessment Audit for all Customer

- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience as those positions
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint
- Language: English is required (Listen, Speak, Read, and Write)
