QA Lead

- Lead the creation of test plans and detailed test scenarios as required
- Work and report on quality assurance progress across teams.
- Manage performance of QA team delivery
- Report bugs and help to investigate and troubleshoot them
- Get your hands dirty with manual and automation tasks yourself
- Establish or review high-level test strategies, test plans and test cases
- Perform different kinds of tests such as Web, Mobile, NFT, regression, cross-browser, integration, localization, post-release, etc.

- Experience in bug-tracking and project management systems (e.g. JIRA)
- Experience testing solutions that include both Software and Hardware
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to an ever changing environment
- Hands-on experience with REST API and web services testing is a plus
- Previous work in software development is a plus
- Experience with web automation tools like Selenium
- Strong knowledge of the SDLC and Test Methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience leading QA team
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
- Good ability to manage time and priority
- Basic knowledge of SQL
- Excellent English skills (writing and speaking)
- Dedicated and detail oriented
- Analytical mind, critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to combine team management and project work
