QA Leader (QC, Tester)

• Analyze requirements, create and document test plan and test cases in a structured and reusable format
• Come up with effective and efficient test approach/strategy to ensure full test coverage - execute system tests, integration tests, regression tests, and performance tests in accordance with agreed test cases and test plans
• Identify effective framework that can adapt on business needs - develop automation script and framework to support the (kind of applications) • collaborate with different stakeholders to deliver enhancements, changes, and project-related requirements
• Help identify, and address operational improvement, including elimination of manual processes, improving documentation, and advancing capabilities in addressing platform issues and defects.
• Establishing and implementing the Tools, Frameworks, Strategy and Solution for a Test Automation capability
• Work with Jira and testing tools that integrate with Jira
• Designing of the Test Automation Framework, functional coverage, and integrating that into a CI/CD pipeline.
• Coach all teams on quality and process, and proactively drive us towards a better QA maturity

MUST HAVE:

• 4+ years’ experience of hands-on testing in a large-scale software development environment
• Test Automation
• Solid experience on API testing, integrating with CI/CD pipelines - Behaviour Driven Development Framework (BDD) such as Cucumber or UI test framework, Selenium
• A full understanding of Agile test methodologies and a proven track record of producing high quality test material from a variety of requirement medium,
• Hands-on test automation experience using any of the tools (Robot Framework, SikuliX, Pega Robotics, Selenium, Ranorex, Serenity, JMeter etc.)
• Experience mentoring and guiding test team to achieve the program outcomes.
• Clear communication and mentoring skills
• Building Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases
• Working with Jira and Test management tools. Preferred Qualifications

NICE TO HAVE

• Full Stack Proficiency, particularly C# and Python, AngularJS, React
• Test Driven Design, Behavior Driven Design
• CI/CD Pipeline
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, looking for problems to solve with minimal supervision
• Excellent at working with and motivating a team
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Big Data / Analytics
