Bong Sen Factory, a new USD 70 million factories on an area of 10 hectares at Hung Yen province, is going to produce Milo Milk and facilitate Nestlé's product innovation for the local consumption.

This job has the responsibility for establishing and ensuring the proper functioning of the line control system of quality in processes and products in the new factory. To drive quality assurance and quality control systems in manufacturing processes to ensure that finished products are timely released to market with food safety and quality compliance.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
+ Responsibility for reviewing/updating the specification of finished products.
Responsibility for reviewing/updating the HACCP plan and HACCP verification plan to ensure product safety."
+ Responsibility for reviewing/updating Quality control criteria for processes, bulks, and finished products (Quality Monitoring Scheme, Inspection plans, Net Weight, release parameters…)
+ Responsibility for inspection, sampling samples related to on/in processes/lines, bulks, and finished products.
Responsibility for reviewing inspection results on/in processes/lines, bulks, and finished products.
Responsibility for releasing finished products and reviewing/updating release procedure related to rework, bulk & finished products."
+ Responsibility for coordinating with other departments (Production, Engineering…) to investigate for quality/food safety incidents/consumer/customer complaints to take correction & corrective action to prevent reoccurrence.
Responsibility for coordinating and communicating with other functions (RMP, Supply Chain) on-hold finished products.
Responsibility for coordinating with Production for applying SPC for quality control to ensure product compliance.
Responsibility for coordinating with traceability system in factory."

- Responsibility for effective training end users on SAP.
- Accountability for consulting the end users for performing in SAP.
- Responsibility for health checks to ensure compliance for SAP.
- Assignment related to SAP."
+ NCCS Coordinator:
- Responsible for establish and maintain Net Content System for the whole factory
- Update NCCS requirements & procedure in need
- Responsibility for Net weight audit & following up corrective action to ensure compliance of Net weight system in the whole factory"
Accountability/Responsibility for reporting the Quality-KPI monthly basic
Responsibility for providing necessary training courses on quality awareness, quality control for QA, production staffs.
Accountability for managing budget of quality control.
+ Safety responsible:
- Responsible for risk prevention/protection and safety for all staff including establishing safety instruction.
- Making sure process running in accordance with corresponding instruction.
- Adequate safety training given to staff, safety devices/guarding and personal protect equipment are properly installed/used correctly, if required."
