Mô tả công việc:

• PURPOSE:

The QA Manager will report directly to the Debuty General Manager and will be responsible for all activities relating to quality issues, building and maintenance quality system. This position will also be responsible for internal, second parties or third parties audits. also be responsible for corrective action, measuring divices management.

• MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage a team of CQE to ensure customer KPIs are met.


2. Responsible to handle customer quality key account and requirements.


3. Monitor customer score card performance and establish improvement plan to achieve customer targets.


4. Update Customer performance on monthly basis and conduct continuous improvement actions as per customer requirements.


5. Review and Manage all Customer specific requirement and integrate into QMS


6. Manage a team of Quality Staff from IQC, PQC, OQC, Measurement and Calibration functions.


7. Responsibilty for all internal Quality related issues within manufacturing facilities.


8. Monitor all internal quality performance issues as well as supplier / subcon quality related issues and report to management periodically.


9. Update internal Qualtiy performance on monthly basis and conduct continuous improvement actions to ensure all Quality KPIs are met.


10. Attend and conduct monthly quality meeting internally as well as externally for any customer compliant.


11. Manage all Quality related matters – New Project as well as existing product for any engineering changes.


12. Manage and maintain internal QMS to meet ISO/IATF and customers requirements.


13. Manage internal audits – system, process, product as required by QMS or customer. Follow up with all CAR to ensure 100% closure.


14. Involve in all QA related activities such as management review, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, Calibration, DCC, and internal / external audits by customers or third parties.


15. Conduct training to all process owner on Customer Requirements, QMS and other QC skills.


16. Perform management and administration responsibility of Quality team.

1. Educational Qualification: Unversity Degree in Engineering background


2. Experience in years: Total 10 years QA with minimum 7 years of Quality Assurance


3. Related Industry Experience: Knowledge of Metal Stamping and


4. Language: Good communication skill in both English and Vietnamese, Mandarin and Japanese is added advantage.


5. Competencies: Good management skill of QA operation with reference to ISO9001 / IATF 16949 system requirements.

• Certified Internal Auditor to ISO9001/ISO14001/IATF16949 standards is highly preferred.


• Good problem solving skills and analytical skill i.e good skill in 7QC tools, 8D methodology, 5-why analysis, SPC, LEAN and 6-Sigma etc...  Green or Black belt qualification is added advantage.


• Familiar with Automotive Quality Management System and experience in participation in APQP system in new product development.


• Must be able to work with multi culture and multi levels people.


• Competent in using computer and report writings, Microsoft Office and Outlook.


• Flexibility in term of working hours and able to work under pressure.
