QA Manager

Working location: Hai Chau/ Thanh Khe, Da Nang
Gear Inc is seeking a QA Manager in Vietnam for our Moderation team (Team size: 700 - 900 staff). Ideal candidates are able to adapt and are well known with fast moving and last moment change.
Main responsibilities:

Metric-driven, analyzing, and reporting on team productivity and delivery of targets to POCs.
Increasing moderation quality by cooperating closely with internal stakeholders (Team Leads and WorkForce Analysts)
Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
Proactively report and discuss with clients about the difficulties and obstacles of the project to come up with short and long-term plans, bringing about the sustainable development of projects with customers&039; products.
Design curriculums to facilitate strategic training based on the organization&039;s goals.
Reviewing external moderation reports and ensuring that action is taken to address any concerns and/or recommendations included in the reports.
Overseeing daily workflow of TnQ (Training and Quality Assurance) team.
Maintaining the internal moderation calendar for the relevant programs
Communicates/Report quality standards and parameters to client to ensure the implementation of improvement and quality improvement plans in line with the developments of the projects.
Maintaining and evaluating assessment procedures including internal and external moderation;

Fluent English is a must
Are able to function in a fast-moving environment
Are self-starters and have a high degree of personal responsibility
Have the ability to handle multitasking, can prioritize, and give solutions to conflicts efficiently.
Analytically-minded and detail-oriented
Demonstrate a positive, can-do, proactive attitude
Have 3 years of experience in Moderation/ Customer Services/ Quality Assurance/ experience in community moderation.
Have experience working with content management methods and tools
Good to have but not required: experience with Google sheets/documents
Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Adapt to content management processes and tools.
Ability to Multitask, with an effective resolution of conflicting priorities.
Enjoy working and contributing as part of a team
