QA MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Managing quality assurance and quality control.


2. Managing qa staffs (including training).


3. Checking all quality process (fpp,inline, prefinal inspection).


4. Managing quality assurance and quality control.


5. Checking all quality processes (FPP, inline, prefinal inspection).


6. Standardize the system of international quality standards (including types of garment quality, parameter quality, quality of raw materials, packaging specifications, and moisture content).


7. Control and manage to ensure the quality of exported garment products to meet standards during the production process.


8. Decide on product quality for non-standard orders & solve quality-related problems with customers after receiving goods.


9. Select qualified suppliers for outsourcing. Monitor, control, and evaluate quality from outsourcing partners.


10. Solve the quality of fabric material defects before putting them into production.


11. Receiving requests for defective fabric materials from garment factories.


12. Re-evaluate the quality of raw materials for solutions before putting them into production.


13. Check the color of raw materials before mass production.


14. Performance management, KPI assessment for employees.


15. Participate in recruiting and training staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, or relevant major.


2. At least 5 years of experience in managing the QA team independently.


3. Having experience in working with Knit/ woven fabric is preferred.


4. Technical sewing skills are preferred.


5. Good communication in English.
