Leading QA department:
· Leading activities and responsibilities of QA department at factory,
· Manage activities of HACCP team to ensure HACCP system is maintained and updated.
· Assign job to team QA members ensure QMS system is implemented,
Quality management system:
· Liaison with related external parties to achieve and maintain Food Safety & Quality certifications,
· Investigate non-conformity & follow up corrective actions,
· Liaison with related internal departments to develop, implement and maintain documented QMS,
· Ensure QMS, HACCP are updated to changes.
· Participate into HSE team to ensure factory is complied with related regulations
· Establish, implement and improve quality management system to comply with requirements (GFSI recognized standard),
Product specification compliance:
· Monitor specification compliance to feedback production,
· Analysis trends / issue for continuous improvement in specification compliance.
· Lead QC and liaise with Production to ensure product’s quality meet customer’s expectation,
Food safety legislation compliance:
· Ensure produced products are met local food regulation as well as food safety regulation at destination countries,
· Ensure related food legislations are updated and communicate to QA & HACCP team.
GMP
· Make sure the program is always running and up to date
· Implement and maintain the GMP program for the factory and related departments.
· Manage activities of the GMP team
Training:
· Ensure competency of QA team to implement and maintain quality & food safety system,
· Liaise with production to train and ensure operators/workers whose work reflects to food safety
· Ensure basic food safety practices, GMP are trained to new staff and refresh training,
/critical control points are fully trained.
Process control: Liaise with production to validate, verify process controls.
Development projects:
· Other duties are assigned by direct report./.
· Review HACCP & QMS when new product/ packaging/ ingredient development
· Review HACCP & QMS when new product/ packaging/ ingredient development.
· Coordinate with related departments in projects development or any improvement/ change at factories
Reporting
· QA Monthly report, KPI, GMP
· Others, if required
· Update result of project improvement
· Report development and implementation of QMS progress to Technical Manager
· Weekly report of factory.
