QA Manager Vietnam & Cambodia

1. Quality Assurance System
• Establish quality assessment system by ISO 22000 and Global GAP
• Cooperate with HACCP team to develop, amend system materials to ensure compliance with ISO 22000 and GLOBAL GAP and practical production.
• Review system operation through evaluating documents.
• Lead internal and external evaluation relevant to QA systems.
• Oversee internal processes and procedures to ensure quality
2. Analyzing QA Data
• Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
• Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation
• Review statistical data from the production lines to identify quality problems
• Analyse the data and recommend changes to production processes or quality controls to eliminate the problem
3. Supplier Auditing
• Specify quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers
• Work with Purchasing Department to establish quality requirements for external suppliers
• Lead to detect and immediately correct any deviations if any
4. Training & Coordinating
• Define quality procedures in conjunction with relevant departments (QC, Production, …)
• Build up relevant quality tools/guideline and make sure relevant people understand how to use for quality improvement
• Provide training in best practices for the employees working in production to be aware of quality requirements
5. Others
• Work closely with QA Group
• Others as assigned

• University degree or above; Major in Animal Science/ Food Technology / Chemistry/ Biotechnology
• Knowledgeable and practice experience in ISO 22000 & GLOBAL GAP
- EXPERIENCE:
• 10 years’ experience in Quality Management System with at least 5 years in supervisory capacity
• Preferable with experience in Feed manufacturing
