QA Officer

- To support business division in handling client complaint by join to investigate the root cause and propose the correction, corrective and preventive action.
- Support Quality Manager in arranging BoA audit and accreditation scope surveillance/extension/ getting Government license (Circuar, Degree).
- Be responsible to work with External audit team.
- To look for continous improvement for QMS by analyse the non-conformities of SGS Vietnam.
- To report monthly the QMS of SGS Vietnam to National Quality Manager by review and analyse the current situation of HP divisions&039; QMS.
- Have to follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and solutions.
- Maintain Quality documentation system for Hai Phong Inspection and CRS Lab.
- Support Quality Manager in training of Hai Phong personel on all matters affecting Quality Management and Quality Improvement.
- Perform other tasks required by National Quality Manager.
- In the absence of the QA Officer, the National Quality Supervsior shall assume the aforesaid responsibilities.
- Assist National Quality Manager with the implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System ISO 9001, 17025, 17020 and other Standards) and, to ensure that quality requirements are not subordinated to any prejudicial interests.

- Knowledge on ISO 17025, 17020, 9001
- Fundamental knowledge of related division activities
- Management skill (planning, organizing, leadership and verifying – preferably with training or degree in management or 1 year management experience)
- Business outlook, customer focus
- Bachelor degree in techncial field such as Chemistry , Engineer, …
