QA QC Executive

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Research and understand the issued quality policies, regulations, procedures and procedures of the department and the division
-Establish, implement and manage the process of quality assurance system of construction and labor safety according to the assignment of the Head of Quality Control Department
-Deploy quality system processes to the management, supervision consultancy at the construction site
-Check and review quality records submitted by suppliers, contractors, supervising consultants such as: testing units; technical standards of materials and products; acceptance checklist; construction drawing (shop drawing); construction methods; ITP (test and acceptance plan)
KRA:
-Attend regular site meetings related to occupational safety and quality as required by the quality control manager.
-Periodically directly implement quality inspection in construction, labor safety and file management in projects under construction. Prepare the construction inspection report and send it to the head of quality control department
-Make a record of NCR if detecting events that seriously affect the quality and safety at the construction site.Monitoring reporting, responding to, correcting, preventing and closing NCR records according to the issued quality management process. Making notebooks and synthesizing NCR records.
-Participate in the acceptance work when requested by the head of the quality control department or as a member of the acceptance council.
-Research and apply new materials and technologies in the field of construction and labor safety in order to improve work efficiency.
-Summary of information and records of projects to deploy "Best Practice"
-Other tasks as assigned

Qualification and Experience
1.Qualification:
oBachelor degree in construction, architecture or related subject.
oGood at related software: ACAD…
oGood at office software: word, excel, powerpoint, email…
oProfessional practice certificate: Quality supervision
2.Working Experience:
o05-year experience working in supervising consultancy or project management.
oDirect experience in construction projects in high-rise buildings and low-rise buildings
oKnowledge of technical infrastructure, greenery, MEP is an advantage
oAt least 2 year experience at the same level
3. Functional Competency
-Ability to apply an organization's understanding of the organization's structure, functions, procedures, and rules to solve problems.
-Skills of reasoning, analysis, selection of solutions to lead to effective decisions or methods of problem solving.
-Skills of communication, presentation.
-English: communication, writing procedure and report.
-General knowledge about quality management, construction project management.
-In-depth knowledge about construction, supervision, quality control and construction materials
-Master and update the information on relevant regulations and laws.
