Any other duties as instructed by Manager above
Ensure all the non-conforming products are identified and segregated.
To assist QA/QC Executive in the management of in-plant quality control activities
Responsible to verify the conformity of products requirement/specification prior production run.
To assist QA/QC Executive in preparation of external audits, quality audits
Verify of all the records related to quality systems on time
Training of all QC operators, QC leader and training for factory employees.
To supervise the quality control subordinates to ensure all the planned inspection activities are carried out as per plan.
To assist QA/QC Executive in preparation of plant wide equipment calibration.
Quality assurance according to customer requirement
To monitor all the planned quality control activities are being carried out effectively.
Ensure the quality management system of Apex Plastech Vietnam is implemented as prescribed
