QA Staff

Supplier quality control
Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed
- Upgrade systems and processes with new technology
- Resolve issues and delays in production
- Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality
- Study production and machine requirements
- Optimize facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance
- Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources
- Develop and test effective automated and manual systems
- Install/trouble shooting equipment knowledge is required
Delivery control
- Inspection order service, answering questions, and handling complaints from other.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges, q&039;ty are correct, enough for LG final assemble line.
- Register supplier&039;s manpower / car to inside LGE.
- Control delivering items electric part in supplier to LGE in a safe, timely.
- Submit payments/inovoice for delivered items.
- Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries ( Invoice / Input SD )

- Strong computer skills (MS Office)
- Fast execution, focus and motivation for goals achievement
- Enthusiastic and willingness to work for long time
- University graduated major in Electronics/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic or related
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English skills is required
- Ability to work over-time
