QA Supervisor

6 Receiving customer complaints about quality, analyzing the cause and making corrective actions.
4 Coordinating with production department to solve the problems that occurred and related to production, quality.
2 Manage QC team to control product quality from input to final process
7 Direct researching and promoting the creativity of employees in the quality department for improving workmanships and increase production efficiency.
8 Participating to build procedures, regulations in accordance with actual requirements of factory and customer standards.
3 Executing new updates, requirements from customers for the quality department and the related departments.
1 Creating, monitoring the implementation and maintain necessary procedures for effectiveness of quality management system as ISO 9001
9 Participate in meetings with board of management about the issues in the factory, assume the prime of internal quality meeting.
5 Coordinating with relevant departments to find out the root cause, setting out method and find out corrective actions.

3 Experience: Same level in manufacturing field, at least 1 year
4 Others: Communication in English
1 Education: University/College Certificate
2 Training: ISO 9001 auditor
