QA/QC Executive - Manager (Private Label)

· Training and managing staff in the quality management department
· Maintain and implement the company&039;s quality management system: ISO, HACCP, BRC, ...
· Ensure facilities and operations are in compliance with quality management guidelines and internal standards.
· Perform regular audits of the quality management system.
· Handling abnormal reports on product quality; make plans and countermeasures to improve, prevent recurrence of errors
· Guide QA/QC staff to perform daily tasks; Laboratory equipment management
· Management of quality assurance manuals; Propose programs & policies on quality assurance.
· Making general reports on quality, quality conditions and reporting directly to the company&039;s board of directors.
· Organize the supervision and inspection of product quality in the production process, request the implementation of measures to overcome and prevent problems in production affecting product quality.
· Make a training plan for all employees about Food safety
· Check and supervise the implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality activities at the departments, ensuring that the implementation process is consistent with the standards the Company is applying.
· Responsible for handling customer feedback reports on product quality.
· Manage and promote the operations of the quality management department; ensure the quality, function and operation of QA/QC dept
· Ensure finished products meet customer requirements and company quality standards.
· Ensure that the quality management system operates effectively and achieves good results in audits

· Graduated from University of Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology.
· Management skills and professional working style.
· Good problem-solving skills.
· Ability to write persuasive reports and presentations
· Good knowledge about Quality management systems: FSSC, BRC, Halal, ISO 22000, …
· Fluent in English (listening, speaking, writing)
· At least 05 years of working experience in the position of QA/QC Executive/Manager in food product manufacturing companies.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office software
