QA/QC Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct quality control checks of design, dataset and model properties before submitting their deliverables
Support PD for his all role & responsibilities
Report to PD for all issues related to QA/QC
Conduct evaluation and inspection for materials
Review the quality management system through project quality plan
Conduct controlling special processes and qualifying special labors
Conduct inspection activity and practicing inspection for work
Conduct quality trend analysis and internal audit
Conduct controlling nonconforming product and using corrective and preventive action for improvement
Conduct monitoring and investigating Employ satisfaction
Coordinate with other department for QA/QC issue
Any issue related to QA/QC department
Conduct education and training related to quality

QUALIFICATION:
With a minimum of seven (7) years of total experience in relevant field as Contractor and at least one (1) residential project experience of similar size and scope
With a minimum of three (3) years of total experience in international main Contractor
Ability in the English language shall be Excellent for both oral and written
A bachelor’s degree in a university or its equivalent in an architectural engineering or architecture to internationally recognized standards
