QC Engineer (QA QC, Tester)

Analyst requirement & plan

Plan/estimate all works of project testing activities
Review and analyze system specifications with PL/BA

Test Operations

Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Design test case and test plan
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Coordinate to execute test (manual or automated), monitor/control test execution and evaluates test
Help troubleshoot issues

Report

Identify, analyze, and report the test results
Report daily progress/issues to PL/PM

Maintain

Coordinate with PL/BA and developer team to solve customer complaint and find out root cause and corrective action as well
Work with developer team to ensure the performance of all software development projects

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in testing UI and UX.
Certification in Testing (e.x: ISTQB…) is desirable
Experience in writing clear and concise test plans, test cases, test evidence, bug reports.
2+ years of experience of testing web-based and mobile applications
Working knowledge of software development tool (e.g. Jira ), SQL, API
Experience working in an Agile/ Scrum development process
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
English is a plus
Experience of writing clear, concise and meaningful test statistic reporting
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Attention to detail
Experience in test Web Services, APIs and Database(SQL)
