QC Manager (Construction)

To implement and review all categories of quality control plans, procedures, and work
instructions based upon project requirements and construction industry norms and practices.
To review and maintain the effectiveness of whole set of quality records documentation for
all Quality Control Department activities.
To manage the daily activities of a team of QC engineers relating to review of material and
equipment quality documentation and site inspections of materials and work.
To maintain the effectiveness of plans of site assessment, inspection of site construction
activities, suppliers’ factories, and subcontractors’ works,
To manage and maintain all internal and sub-contractor equipment calibration records.
To monitor the test and inspection works on incoming material and equipment according
To monitor material and equipment test results and reports,
to Project Procedures and Work Instructions,
To coordinate with construction and installation teams to monitor and conduct the quality
control process of site equipment installation works, ensuring priorities and sequences for products/services are in order to meet the project requirements.
To monitor the site civil construction works to identify possible solutions to processes that can reduce costs, ensure quality and prevent schedule delays,
To coordinate and review the proposal of disposition and/or remedial action for NCR/CAR upon the consent of QAM, and supervise, rectify the corrective actions taken on sitek) To present the tracking of quality control requirements as required, for the management meetings e.g., construction progress meeting and,
Any other duties as assigned to this position from time to time by the senior manager

- Experience as Quality Control or Chief construction manager for Construction / Railway Projects
-Experience as Quality Control Manager for Construction / Railway Project
-Total Year of Experience ; 15 years

-At least bachelor degree holder or higher (prefer electrical & mechanical major)

- Excellent knowledge and capabilities of quality control
- Several experiences to complete project as QC manager
-Good skills for speaking & writing in English.
-Quality control/management certificate
- Practice certificate- level 1 for supervision of E&M equipment installation in industrial projects
