QC Manager

- Control the components in production line and technical standards……: based on the approved sample
- To be responsible for quality and investigate for root cause or 8D report, SPC with defect daily
- To make testing report based on the minutes of periodical semi-product testing according to each. Passing to QA d d department to approve, follow up KPI of man power and failure cost, FMEA analysis
- To be responsible for quality of color, spec, function tiles compare with cluster before pass to next step
- To be responsible for the daily/weekly/monthly reports of quality of each CM code in factory
- Follow up and analysis SPACA from IQC team, communication with the supplier about quality issue
- Confirm to check all color of products to be checked by OQC before shipment. Notify to OQC leader to control s s strongly,sure that OQC will intensify for inspection
- Provide 5 why analysis, find out the cause of occurrence cause and outflow cause and give corrective action these prob
- Regarding internal audit from customer and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement process,
predict potential quality problems and take interim corrective action and issue preventive
- Follow up all inspection reports documented properly /MSDS put together with related materials
- Whom can decide and give countermeasure for urgent problems

Possible background, required skills & experience:
- International company working experience
- Related University education certificate
- At less 8 years’ experience in relative departments
Have experence in ISO 9001-2015 and 14001-2015 auditor is plus
