QC Manager

Establish Quality System comply with ISO standard,
Manage the company Quality Management System execution, continuously look for chances to initiate/apply improvements on company’s quality management system where appropriate.
Lead and participate in supplier audit and internal quality audits.
Present continuous improvement opportunity
Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained
Assist with training of quality awareness and cost of poor quality
Viet Nam Standard, EU standard, …….Local Regulatory Agencies3. Regularly coordinating with sales and service departments to adjust and control forecasts according to market fluctuations and consumption
Review Quality trends, drive improvement plans to reduce defects
Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators

Leading to get a certification.
ISO 9001 / 14001
QCVN
Have more than 05 years of experience in QA/QC
Management ISO 9001, 14001 system VGSI-Elevator in Factory
Work with cross function for any Claim, continuous improvement
Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
Technical University degree, quality management
Compare the product specifications of the company and its suppliers with customer requirements
Approval preventive action & corrective of Non-Conformance
Others Cert Requirement
Establish QA/QC team based on yearly demand
Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
Ability to analysis problem &problem solving
Approval Final Inspection report before delivery
In charge for all communication regarding quality issues
Ability to use Quality Tools such as SPC, SIPOC…..
Control quality budgets and resources to ensure that the department operates cost effectively and in accordance with quality standards
Responsibility management & assignment Quality department and resource recruitment
Lead a team and manage the QC operation and QA function/audit
Relevant quality management experience
Having Knowledge about ISO 9001 & 14001
Training to QA/QC staff
Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
Other duties assigned by Top Manager
Experience in Elevator Fields is prefer
Coordinate with Logistic team to get QCVN for every project imported
Provide Quality Cert or others Inspection Report
