EHS requirements (15%):
Tracking BBS performance of quality technician team under his/ her working shift
Comply with EHS requirements via applying Life-saving rule, Golden principle in daily tasks
Report weekly BBS into Enablon system per EHS’s KPI requirement (at least 3 observations/ month)
Quality performance (50%):
Record all testing data to make sure data enough with timely & accuracy. Analyze to know trend of data & have proper action for improvement
Lead quality technician team to carry out the testing processes related to the final batch testing from all phases of Extruder, Milling, Mixing & Bonding of all relevant products by using standard (quality) procedures to meet specifications.
Support on verify product quality when receiving customer complaint regarding to product quality
Supports in implementing new methods of test and the testing of new products.
Make decision for product quality during working shift & follow process for product concession
Support for raw material incoming check via COA & visual material inspection then transfer material status in SAP system
Manage review spec daily to support for smoothly production plan without impact by lack of master specification/ panel.
Conduct testing for SLOB/ expired product when required
Coordinates all QC resources to ensure internal and external customer needs are met.
Review the production history to make sure the consistency quality among old & new batches via spec review every day
Manages retained sample included powder & batches panel/ daily
Ensures processes and standards are in place and followed by QC technicians to ensure the number of batch adjustments are kept to an optimal level.
Review adjust formula then update timely for RFT improvement
Cost management (15%):
Be a proactive member of saving projects & lead at least 1 project saving/ yearly
Manage equipment of QC function by set plan to buy replacement spare part & deploy plan for yearly calibration to make sure equipment in good condition & available for using without impact to production plan.
Delivery (10%):
Fully attend TIER 1 & TIER 2 meeting/ daily & cascade info to quality technician team under his/her working shift
Review data testing & have proper actions for specification change
Be proactive on customer visit/ quarterly to understand about customer’s requirements
Key member to drive for RFT via escalation process: closely working with production shift leader, supervisor & RFT on batch adjustment, escalate for abnormal product finding
Manage change master panel which used more than 2 years
Partners with production, R&D to conduct daily PGR report for abnormal products during working shift which captured on SAP QN.
Make sure FGs deliver to customers with full of COA & panel
People management (10%):
Lead QC technician team to ensure proper arrangement of human resource during working shift to manage OTIF testing & update data.
Lead training activities for new employees & conduct yearly refresh training to quality technicians
Arrange and assign job for employees during shift.
Supervise all employees to ensure they follow HSE, PPE, 5S rules
Lead training activities for new employees & conduct yearly refresh training to QC Technicians
