- Conduct/Support THD final inspection: Measuring,weight, record the result during inspector inspect. Prepare Inspection Requirement, inspect equipment during inspection.
- Conduct PoPT sample inspection: Check the sample finished product for ensure that production q'ty meets buyer requirement regarding: Size, color, eyelet interval, visual, instruct worker to separated the product, fold and pack the product. Weight all of sampling product and select the best sample sent to buyer.
- Conduct/support THD eyelet strength testing: Select the testing sample, 1 pc/color are inspection and test by relatives equipment. Take the picture of reality result and report to Intertek.
- Prepare THD daily inspection report: Making and update PPE, PPW, PPS, PPP. Take part-in Enhance Inspection Requirement, show the production procedure, follow the relatives style are running from welding, eyeleting, folding and packing.
- Conduct King Fisher self-final inspection: Recevied the order request and inspection request from Sales team. Check and discuss with production for self-final inspection schedule. Re-check production and carton packing status. Contact to production for preparation: Man-power, inspection area, carton pick-up. Inspect the product about measurement, quality, color, SKU, barcode, carton making, artwork. Take the picture during inspection time.
- Conduct Tarpaullin Testing: Tensile, tear, eyelet test-corner, eyelet test-edges in Lab room and make the report with actuality result.
- Make self-final inspection report: Based on inspection result and relatives picture, make the inspection report detail and sent to buyer together with test report. Send/Received/Response/Update information/ inspection requirement from buyer and shared, instruct with factory.
- Radomnly check production quality and improvement. Re-check, re-view QC inspection report. Remind, improve the quality in production incase found a trouble. Randomly conduct random inspection for outsourcing products/Incomming fabric, take the related picture and make detailed report.
- Prepare for quality data analysis and Statistial Process Control report (SPC): Rceived the report from QC worker. Check and collect data making the report
