QC Supervisor

-Set up, organize and execute all the works related to quality management for achieving successfully company objectives.
-To set up training manual, to train quality controllers to assure these people who have ability in quality control works.
-Evaluate, analyze and find out the solution for troubles in order to improve quality control works and satisfy customers.
-Monitor and adjust QC system to ensure its effectiveness
-Control and keep all records of quality control processes as wishes.
-Control and keep all material is not good to return the suppliers
-Report all quality control activities to Factory Director
-Coordinate with Improving Team and others for all of quality tasks
-Implement the other tasks assigned by Factory Director

-Good experience in quality control works in upholstery, furniture field at least 5 years.
-Graduated from University
-Can be working hard, ability to be working under pressure
-Good English Skill
-Strong in supervising and management skill
-Good team work and communication skills.
-Good Microsoft Office skills.
-Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
-Willing to work overtime if need.
