QC Supervisor

- Responsible for controlling fabric and leather inspection.
- Deal with customer quality issues and find out the good solution to improve quality for material.
- Checking that production meets color standard and article standard.
- Recommend charge to a production process.
- Sorting item base on it customer standard requirement.
- Discussing inspection result and conclusion with QC manager.
- Recording and analysing statistical information and entering inspection result into a database.
- Specifying quality of products to decrease max number of defects after releasing to production.
- Perform other duty as assigned by QC manager.
- Master the leather inspection process, understand the natural leather defects and ability to identify it in each type of article.
- Discussing and negotiating with leather tanneries for all claims and compensation quantity.
- Meeting with tanneries and the brand in case of the claim can not be closed smoothly.
- Supporting QC on checking quality of received material and result of lab test for each batch, inform supplier to figure out the best solution if material NG/test report failed.
Responsible for controlling all staff, daily operation management in office, create a good working environment to all member.
- Guiding and training staff how to work and settle the internal ̃ external problem, review all kind of document before signing and sending for approval.
- Negotiate for the best purchasing package in term of quality, price, payment and delivery with supplier in order to get the right price and the best service.
- Evaluate and select supplier to find alternative and source of material.
- Control the order and quantity and delivery time of external and internal.
- Having a meeting with production planning department weekly, analyse production situation and plan to purchase & provide material for production timely.
- Handling all necessary kinds of samples: Develop sample, RD sample, …
- Monitoring and controlling orders from beginning to shipment.
- Checking material and accessory before bulk production

- Education: graduated university or college.
- Experience: Minimum 3 year experience at QC/QA.
- Has strong organisational skills, leadership
- English communication.
