Qc/inspector Staff

QC/Inspector Staff will complete quality inspection for products at the warehouse to ensure product meets Customer defined quality specifications.
•To be trained and qualified by Customer.
•Conducting visual and physical tests for incoming cargoes based on Customer standards guideline.
•Follow manual Instructions guidelines to the standards. Where a Quality Alert has been issued, necessary action should be taken immediately to ensure standards are maintained
•Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with warehouse regulations.
•Verify product defects at Assurance Quality center. Document evidence of defects including images and recording key information required by customer.
•Daily/ weekly reporting to show Inspector performance as well as overall team performance based on customer’s template.
•Work strictly to KPI & productivity aligned according to inspection requirement agreement between Kuehne+Nagel and customer.
•To find support from customer in case of any unclearly or abnormal events
•Other tasks assigned by warehouse manager.
