QC/Lab Manager

- Ensure the team to provide factories with technical support, guidelines and procedures to improve quality, production efficiency and/or reduce manufacturing costs.
- Making sure manufacturing or production processes meet customer standards
- Reviewing customer requirements and making sure that the quality meet the standard;
- Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
- Communicate proactively and effectively with Dev Team, souring and production teams;
- Coordinate with QC Team on quality & solving quality related matters to ensure quality meets specifications and that there is no quality claim.
- Other tasks will be arranged by the Director.
- Working with purchasing department to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Pro-actively manage Quality Assurance team on quality-related matters to ensure all products meet specifications and meet quality standards.

- Having management skill
- Ability to manage and prioritize own workload.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- At least 3 years’ experience in same position in shoes manufacturing;
- Ability to work in a systemized methodical manner.
