Quality Assurance Engineer

As a QA Engineer you will:
• Set up and enhance the test processes aligning them with the rest of the business
• Report the test results to the engineering team and create tickets for product enhancement
• Participate in the drafting of test plan, test specification, acceptance criteria based on functional specification or user stories.
• Conduct testing in non-office environment e.g., outdoor/on the road testing
• Reproduce and prioritise bugs
• Responsible for the updating of requirement traceability matrix.
• Build communication within the technical and other departments
• Perform cross-platform test planning and execution within the team
• Generate automated test scripts
• Create, maintain, manage and enforce test plan
• Work closely with the team to understand requirements

• Have experience in automation testing
• Able to develop test scripts in JavaScript, Python, VBScript, Jscript, DelphiScript, C and C++, Python, Ruby and PHP will be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively across the organization
• You are a tester at heart who is passionate about all forms of testing (white box, black box, functional, regression, non-functional)
• Be familiar with tools for test management and bug tracking.
• Have English language proficiency
• Able to provide feedback from UX perspective
• Have experience using JIRA and Jenkins, CI/CD
• Attentive to details.
• 1-2 years of experience in creating Test Automation framework for mobile apps (iOS & Android)
• Have experience in mobile app testing
• 1-2 years of experience in creating Test Automation framework for web applications
• Have experience in testing APIs
