We are looking for a dedicated and detail- oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our team. As an intern in the Quality Assurance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our operational processes. Your primary responsibility will be to support the execution of quality assurance activities and help identify areas for improvement in our operational workflows.
You’ll do
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes by proposing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations on process quality metrics and findings.
Collect and analyze data to evaluate process performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Support in implementation expertise tasks in the Operations Department to ensure accurate and complete compliance with regulations.
Provide support in the reception, verification, and preparation of professional documents to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Assist in the implementation and operation of business process procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
You have
High proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high- quality standards.
Be creative, fast- learner with positive thinking and always open for challenges
Undergraduate or graduate students preferred majoring in Business Administration, International Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Familiarity with operational processes and workflow is advantageous.
Excellent analytical & critical thinking and problem- solving skills.
