Quality Control Inspector – Vietnam

Act as the company’s eyes and ears in the frontline and report factory real time production status
Support supervisor to control quality for market sample, PPS.
Control production quality independently in all stage including in coming materials, white wood, assembly, finishing and packing.
Other duties as assigned.
Support supervisor to perform initial review of finish panels.
Support supervisor to investigate causes of quality complaints and develop CAPs.
Train factory QCs to align with same quality standards and monitor factory QCs performance
Deal with factory line manager to get quality issues fix before they flow to the next stage
Extend quality control to subcontractor where necessary
Support supervisor to perform inhouse testing for: carton drop test, loading test and tipping test.
Perform inline and final inspection and generate inspection reports with Qarma.

Good communication skill with factory management team,
Report to his supervisor for daily issue and production schedule.
Have ability to deal with the daily quality issue on production line.
High school diploma or equivalent.
General computer experience preferred.
At least 5 years’ experience in furniture production and quality
Language: English and Chinese
Communication skills: Chinese is preferable, English and Vietnamese are plus
