Quality Control Manager (Garments)

Activities

Implement various types of inspection to ensure quality standards and all technical specification is followed.
Work on Product development according to the Cat Man instruction
Follow up of quality system of daily production and report to office.
Perform Pre-final and final inspection.
Check initial finishing garments and give approval garments for finishing standard.
Quality control through inspection process throughout the factory manufacturing process
Collect sample & requirement wise send to Cat Man for approval.
Check the pattern before cutting.
Work with merchandising team & co-ordinate with Category managers and supplier.
Follow up all kind of customer required garments test.
Keeping outgoing defects percentage & Monitor evolution to minimum level.
Follow up Q.C. in a floor overall cutting, sewing & finishing.
Review with Cat Man any technical, approval, information or approval issue or any other required issue.
Check the shrinkage before bulk cutting accordingly adjusts the pattern, print, Embroidery with approval swatch and give approval, the accessories, approved trim, file wise and give approval.
Follow Cat Man requirements, follow their comments to make a good garment
Check factory in-house quality procedure and advice to follow our required criteria.

Competencies

Experience in business administration may be advantageous.
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
Good technical and IT skills
Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office softtware
Previous experience in production or manufacturing.
Excellent communication and listening skills.

Language: Good level of spoken and written in English
Office skills: Good at PC work like PPT, Excel and Words
Seniority: Minimum 5 years’ experience in science or business-based programs.
Education: University
Attitude: Positivie thinking and adaptability
