Quality Engineer

*** Purpose of the Job/Job Mission:
Inspection, monitor quality of products in factory, make sure products achieved our Buhler quality before delivery to customer
*** Essential Functions:
• Control quality in welding process;
• Control quality in painting process;
• Control quality of products in assembly process including testing, packing.
➢ Inspection quality of products in house.
• Control quality at sheet metal process(cutting, bending, rolling);
• Conduct quality reports.
• Inspection parts before input to warehouse;
• Attend professional training program;
• Attend meetings related to quality.
➢ Training, meeting.
• Send daily result of Gemba Walk to departments to do corrective action.
➢ Gemba Walk in Factory.
• Monitor completion of Gemba Walk in factory;
➢ Monitored measuring tools in factory.
• Follow up using measuring tools in factory;
• Make plan for inspection, calibration periodic.
➢ Any other duties as assigned by upper Manager.
* Working location: Manufacturing - Bhler Asia Vietnam Limited.

*** Educational Requirements:
➢Diploma/ Bachelor or equivalent is required
➢English level: Conversational in business working environment.
*** Experience:
➢ Minimum 2 years of experience in general manufacturing.
➢ Being familiar with problem analysis tools: Fishbone diagram, 5 – Why, etc.
➢ Having experience in the product design: rice, food, dryer, etc
*** Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
➢ Customer focus;
➢ Excellent coordination skills and the ability to prioritize things is essential
➢ Attention to detail with strong organizational skills;
➢ Positive attitude and comfortable dealing with clients and suppliers;
