Quality Engineer

We are looking for Quality Control , working for FDI Precision Mechanical in Ha Noi:

Prepare and monitor Product Approval (FAIR, PPAP)
Prepare Final Inspection Instruction for Part at the Final stage.
Deal with Supplier when Nonconformance occurred on Raw materials.
Review Bill of Material, Process Sequence (Router) sheet, Process Inspection and MQS
Balloon Customer’s DWG.
Prepare Gage R&R for new product development.
Co-operation with related departments to handle Non-conformance Products.
Any task from higher managers.
Establish Procurement Requirement and Inspection Instruction for Raw materials.
Perform Internal Product Audit and receive the Audit from customers and 3rd party.
Monitoring the capability of process using SPC.
Perform Inspection for final product as Delegated Supplier Quality Representative (DSQR).

Good knowledge of Quality Management System Standard (AS9100, ISO 9001).
Excellent with Statistical Process Control, Six Sigma, 7 QC Tools.
Mechanical Engineering Background.M
Proficiency about product approval (FAIR, PPAP) and Measurement System Analysis.
Excellent in English in all skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing).
At least 2-year experience related to Quality Control in Mechanical Manufacturing.
Can work under high pressure.

Familiar with SAP, MES, ERP.
Six Sigma and other Quality Skill Certificates.
Long term contribution with strong commitment.
Experience working in Aerospace Industry is high priority.
Living in Hanoi Center or around Hoa Lac Hi tech park.
