Quality Engineer

IPQC&OQC Role:
• Manage the process of In-Process Quality Control and Outgoing Quality Control, ensure all products meet internal / external quality standards.
• Ensure team staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions.
• Set up proper processes for IPQC and OQC including but not limited to prepare checkcard, sampling plan, process audit, non-conforming product disposition, data collecting system (Critical Features, DPPM, Data Analysis), etc.
• Support manufacturing process improvement, failure analysis, non-conformance disposition, ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions are in place.
• Maintain and optimize IPQC, OQC and PQE management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001.
• Coordinate customer returns or complaints to drive effective preventive actions and verify effectiveness of error avoidance and sustainability
• Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.
SQE Role:
• Work closely with cross functional team to meet delivery schedules and production goals, while actively maintaining the expected level of quality.
• Ensure team staffs are well trained with needed skills to perform required functions.
• Work closely with suppliers and ensure quick investigation and effective Corrective / Preventive Actions / 8D are in place. Perform audits to qualify the new and existing suppliers.
• Set up proper processes for IQC and SQE including but not limited to supplier control plan, sampling plan, non-conforming material disposition, supplier scoring system (DPPM, Line Return Rate, Scorecard), etc. Maintain and optimize IQC and SQE management system (SOP, OI / WI) according to ISO9001.
• Manage the process of Supplier Management, ensure suppliers provide expected quality products and services as well as help them self-develop.

*Requirements:
• At least 3 years in Quality field in an Engineer position. With working experience in metal, plastic and electronic products as well as manufacturing process quality management.
• Good English, written and spoken.
• Strong skills in problem analysis and solving.
• Good team player with positive approach.
• Able to work independently and pro-actively.
• College above and majored in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Science.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Team player with positive approach.
