Quality Engineer

- Manage the outgoing inspection method follow AQL sampling defined. Conduct training to inspection operators. Evaluates and provides input to inspection processes via inspection aids and instruction guidelines.
- Support production to drive QRQC corrective action when nonconformity product detect at Outgoing inspection. To verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken as a result of non-conformance.
- Control process quality data.
- Regularity report on Yield of SMT/Box Building and Outgoing reject rate and improvement plan to Head of Quality.
- Yield monitoring and driving the corrective actions to improve the quality yield. Implement actions necessary to achieve planned quality objectives.
- Work with related team to reduce the internal defect
- Ensure the availability of measuring and monitoring devices and information necessary to support the quality operation.
- Consistent follow up/follow through on defect detection & prevention activities to ensure corrective actions taken are effective / no recurrence.

-Able to work both in team & individually.
-English: Proficient in 4 skills (Intermediate level).
-Prefer having experience in electric/ electronic manufacturing field.
-Aggressive, flexible, problem solving skill & communication skill.
- 1-2 years working experience as same position.
- University/College Degree in electric/electronic or mechanical
- Can work under high pressure and lead a small group under.
-Familiar with ISO 9001/ISO 14001, good at FMEA, 8D method, SPC, MSA, …
-Computer: MS Office tool.
