Quality Engineer

• Quality Control
- Improve Inspection process in both quality and productivity.
- Daily defective in process analysis to find real root causes and coloborate with Cross function team to take corrective action (Contaiment and permanent).
- Scrap reason analysis and take the actions to reduce the scrap.
- Pop-up idea (Kaizen) to improve quality/productivity/machines.
• Supplier quality control
- Seeking anternative supplier which could improve Q-C-D terms.
- Evaluate supplier’s performance periodically.
- Receive Non-conformings due to Raw material, then handle with supplier to take corrective actions.

- At least 01 years experiences in Quality Control/Assurance field at FDI company.
- Understanding about ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, 5 Core Tools, 6 Sigmas, ISO14001:2015 is positive point.
- Good at problem solving analysis and communication.
- Experience working in Japanese or/and FDI is preferable.
- Graduate at Univeristy level with Mechanical/ Engineering/Automotive major.
- Basic understanding Quality Control and 7 QC tools are mandatory.
- Other requirements related to production field to be discussed during interview.
