YOUR MISSION: You manage suppliers in order to guarantee reliable product quality and you improve sustainable development in production. You also work with the suppliers to guarantee the product is fully ready for mass production.
Quality & Industrialization Production Leader - Textile, Garment Knit
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
QUALITY PART (80%):
- Ensure that Decathlon Compliance standards and the local regulation are respected, in terms of quality, safety, environment, toxicology, and social compliance;
- Improve the Quality system of your suppliers;
- Ensure the Quality of the Products in line and before shipment;
- Prepare and plan the factories‘ assessments;
INDUSTRIALIZATION PART (20%):
- I co-build the control plans with the suppliers to manage the risk at production.
- Do costing and manage the industrialization;
- Follow up and support the factory to improve production efficiency;
- Improve and optimize the production processes;
- Solve the problem of product, and process, to be fully ready for mass production;
- Prepare and plan the factories assessment;

WHAT YOU OFFER US:
- You have more than 3 years of experience working in quality control and industrialization or similar responsibilities.
- You practice sports.
- You are excellent in English and Vietnamese.
- You have a good learning sense and curiosity to explore new things
- You are efficient with your communication and flexible approaches.
- Your understanding of production, especially in textile/ garment/ knit industries would be an advantage.
- You have self-leadership skills and you are ready to make decisions and responsible for your decisions.
- You have a good Continous Improvement mindset
