Job description:
Key responsibilities:
- Active quality control management and prevention of defects
- Regular reporting using established formats and systems
- Adherence to the company&039;s comprehensive quality control policies and procedures.
- Implementation of corrective actions when quality issues arise
- Full accountability for product quality and factory delivery timing
Detail Description:
- Inspect TOP SAMPLES within 4 hours of completion
- Conduct random spot checks on 5% of production every 2 hours during each shift
- Follow up on all R19 reports within 48 hours
- Complete and file R15 reports within 24 hours of each inspection
- Conduct quality inspections at all stages of production
- Verify corrective actions
- Verify color accuracy and material quality
- Photograph all non- conformities and document properly
- Inspect TOP UPPERs within 2 hours of completion
- Issue and maintain quality control reports
- Inspect materials within 4 hours of receipt at the factory
- Conduct daily inspections using the R15 form
- Issue R19 form for any detected non- conformity within 4 hours of discovery
