* Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance:
- Manage QMS documentation, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and alignment with industry best practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure all processes comply with quality standards, identifying and driving improvements as needed.
* Product Mark Certification:
- Lead the product certification process for various markets, including JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards), SIRIM (Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia), SNI (Standard Nasional Indonesia), BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), TISI (Thai Industrial Standards Institute), and CE/UKCA (Conformité Européenne/UK Conformity Assessed).
- Ensure all certified products meet the regulatory and safety standards of the respective regions.
- Collaborate with certification bodies and maintain up- to- date knowledge of certification requirements, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
* Process Improvement and Compliance:
- Work closely with cross- functional teams to address quality issues and ensure adherence to product standards.
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency, adhering to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
- Investigate non- conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
* Training and Support:
- Prepare and support internal and external audits, ensuring successful certification and re- certification processes.
- Provide training and support to teams on QMS processes and product certification requirements, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.
* Regulatory and Standards Compliance:
- Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and certification organizations, managing communications and documentation.
- Stay current with updates to ISO, IATF, and product certification standards, ensuring that CSVC’s products and processes comply with all relevant regulations.
