Quality Manager - Da Nang

❑ Assure quality of product to meet 100% of requirements (both plant and co-packer)
- Updated KORE/ATR/MECQ/ ISO/ Mc’s Donald / local law and stakeholder’s requirements are implemented,
understood and adhered by quality team, stakeholder and related departments
- Set up and maintain process and testing method to assure product quality
- Ensure GMP in plant and related tasks
- Trend analysis and quality incident reports
- Follow up quality escalation process
- Ensure to supply enough testing facility, available for using
- Maintain focus on manufacturing operations, especially critical areas
- Facilitate the investigation of deviations and be proactive to implement corrective action
❑ Consumer Response program by
- Ensure consumer program (customer complaint and customer satisfaction) is in place and understanding by
SC team, stake holder
- Driven Continuous Improvement Initiatives through Kaizen, saving, improvement, innovation project
- Ensure market and fountain surveys are done
- Analyze trend of complaints for improvement actions
- Response for all trial implementation in plant as aligned. Review result and propose for improvement
❑ People development
- Recruit, selecting and staff retention
- Develop people through technical training programs as SXFX, TNA, FS& QSE culture,
- Increase awareness and build up Quality &FS culture for plant
- Develop successor for each level
- Manage staff performance
❑ Cost management
- Monitor & manage COE
- Other tasks are assigned by Line Manager/ NQAM
- Ensure capex budget submitted and managed.

- Problem solving/ Trouble shooting skill, good communication skills, leadership skills, negotiation skills
- Bachelor degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology or relevant
- At least 5 working years of experience as Quality Manager in Food Industry or FMCG
- System implementation skill
- Applicable local legal knowledge
